This Cookie Policy (the "Policy") explains the use of cookies, browser storage, and third-party web technologies on the official LINKITVPN website operated by Shinsei Soft Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). Website data is distinct from the content users browse through the VPN, DNS queries, and connection-destination history. See the Privacy Policy for other personal-information practices.
The website uses essential session cookies to identify a browser session and support login, forms, security checks, and account operations. The server-side session may also retain settings such as language. Blocking essential cookies may prevent registration, login, payment, or account management from working properly.
When a user follows a link containing an invitation or referral code, the website may set a channelCode cookie to carry that code into registration. This cookie is not set for every visitor. Its configured maximum lifetime is 30 days, and it may be removed after use. Browser storage and server-side session lifetimes may differ.
The website loads a third-party page-performance measurement script to obtain information about page visits and performance. The information may include page paths, referring pages, load times, device types, browsers, operating systems, and an approximate country or region inferred from network requests. The script does not obtain its statistics by reading this website's cookies or local storage; this Policy does not describe it as an "analytics cookie."
The current website uses Cloudflare for network delivery and security, and uses a third-party page-performance measurement script. These services may receive connection information, such as a source IP address, to process requests and security events. Page statistics, network protection, and the website's own account records are handled separately; they are not a single record of a user's browsing history.
Registration and related security-verification pages use Google reCAPTCHA. The browser connects to that service; during verification, the server submits the verification result and source IP address. The service may set cookies necessary for its functions, and its own policy also governs its handling of information.
Some website pages load Google Fonts. The browser requests those fonts from Google, which may receive ordinary network-request information such as an IP address and browser information. Loading fonts does not mean that LINKITVPN creates records of VPN activity through the font service.
App stores, payment services, and third-party sign-in services may use cookies on their own pages or within their services when the relevant feature is used. See the purchase or sign-in page and each provider's policy for details.
Some account features may store non-sensitive interface state locally in the browser to display notifications or maintain the user experience. Local browser storage does not, by itself, mean that the website server has collected that information. Users can inspect, block, or clear cookies and website storage through their browser settings. Clearing them may require another login and may remove saved interface state.
The LinkItVPN Edge local administration interface runs on the device. This Policy describes cookies on the official website; the Edge interface's login state and local storage fall within on-device data handling. See the Privacy Policy for related information.
Browser privacy settings and controls offered by third-party services apply to their respective technologies and services.
Session cookies, referral-code cookies, on-device storage, and third-party processing have different retention periods. The configured maximum lifetime for the referral-code cookie is 30 days. Other actual periods depend on server settings, browser settings, or third-party policies. The Company handles information it retains only for the period needed to provide functions, manage security, or resolve necessary disputes.
If the website adds advertising attribution, marketing pixels, or another new data use, the Company will first update the relevant public disclosures and any choice mechanism required by law.
