These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to the LINKITVPN website, accounts, applications, LinkItVPN Edge devices, and VPN service. Users should read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service.
Shinsei Soft Co., Ltd. (the "Company") owns the principal intellectual property rights in LINKITVPN and is responsible for product development and technical operations. UNITEDBIZ SOFTWARE INC handles publication on overseas platforms, overseas sales, collection of payments, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes. The seller and payment-collecting entity for a particular transaction are as shown on the purchase confirmation, order record, or receipt.
Users must provide accurate registration information, safeguard their login credentials, and take responsibility for use of their accounts. Team account administrators must manage members within their authorization; members' entitlements may depend on the team plan and administrator settings. Where the law requires a guardian's consent, that consent must be obtained first.
If an account is used without authorization, users should promptly notify the Company using the contact details at the end of these Terms.
LINKITVPN provides account services, client applications, and VPN connections according to the selected plan. LinkItVPN Edge users may manage relevant features through the device's local administration interface. Available regions, nodes, concurrent connections, traffic allowances, service periods, device features, and supported platforms are as displayed at purchase or use. Network, node, local-network, and third-party-platform conditions may affect connection quality or features. The Company maintains the service within reasonable limits but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular node, speed, or third-party website.
When a user's purchased plan expires, the account is not automatically deleted for that reason alone. Users whose accounts are not restricted may still sign in to check service status or renew. Users who cannot sign in may contact service support. VPN connection eligibility depends on entitlements then in effect, traffic limits, and account status.
The device administrator should safeguard the LinkItVPN Edge local administration password and network and Wi-Fi settings. If a device or hardware transaction has separate warranty, return, or support conditions, the terms actually presented for that transaction and applicable law govern. These Terms do not create an unpublished hardware warranty or feature commitment.
Subject to these Terms and the applicable plan, the Company grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Users must not access another person's account or system without authorization, interfere with service operations, resell a service without authorization, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful activities. Use of the service does not remove the duty to comply with laws applicable where a user is located or connects.
The plans offered, trial eligibility, periods, traffic allowances, prices, currencies, taxes, and payment channels are governed by the conditions displayed on the purchase confirmation. Purchases through an app store or another third-party platform may also be subject to that platform's purchase terms. For website payments, the conditions and payment-collecting entity shown at checkout apply to the transaction.
Payment completion and activation of service entitlements depend on verified transaction and account status. If payment encounters a problem, users should not rely solely on a page redirect to decide that a purchase is complete; they should check the order status or contact support.
The billing period, next charge, and cancellation method for an automatically renewing plan are determined by the original purchase channel's confirmation information. Users should cancel future renewals through that channel's subscription-management method. Service support can assist if the purchase channel is unclear. Canceling automatic renewal generally does not end service entitlements already obtained and not yet expired; the purchase terms and applicable law govern the actual treatment.
Deleting a LINKITVPN account and canceling automatic renewal on an external platform are separate actions. Users with an active platform subscription should cancel it through the original purchase channel to avoid future charges.
Free trials, gifted service time, discounts, and referral campaigns are subject to the eligibility, periods, and limits published for the relevant offer. Granted gift entitlements may have a period different from the paid plan's billing cycle. Gifted service time does not, by itself, change a charge date set by the original purchase channel. Users must not obtain benefits through duplicate registration, sham transactions, or other improper means.
Users may contact service support with questions about offer eligibility, gift entitlements, or applicable conditions. The Company will review them against the published offer terms, relevant records, and applicable law. This does not affect rights users have under the law.
Subscription cancellation and refund requests are separate processes. Refund eligibility, handling, and payment disputes are governed by the purchase terms, original purchase channel's rules, and applicable law. A platform purchase may need to be addressed to that platform. Website purchasers may seek assistance using their order information and the relevant contact details. A refund, chargeback, or transaction reversal may affect the corresponding service entitlements; these are handled according to the verified transaction status.
The Company may restrict an account or service to the extent necessary and reasonable for violations of these Terms, unauthorized access, payment fraud, threats to service security, or legal requirements. Where a security incident requires urgent action, affected features may be suspended first; an explanation or appeal channel may be provided as appropriate. Users may request deletion under the Account Deletion Guide. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an external subscription.
The Company does not operate the service for the purpose of recording users' browsing content, DNS queries, or connection-destination history. Necessary technical and account information is nevertheless processed to provide VPN connections, enforce traffic allowances, and manage accounts and transactions. Rights in the service, software, trademarks, documents, and related content belong to Shinsei Soft Co., Ltd. or other lawful right holders. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights; users receive only the limited use rights expressly stated here.
App stores, payment providers, sign-in providers, and other third parties have their own terms, service scopes, and policies. The Company remains responsible for the services it provides and for responsibilities imposed by law. Functions independently provided by third parties are governed by their terms.
If service, legal, or security requirements call for changes to these Terms, the Company will update the published version and date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate through the website, app, email, or another suitable channel. The application of revised Terms and users' legal rights remain subject to applicable law.
The service is provided in its then-current condition to the extent permitted by law. To that extent, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affect mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Osaka District Court is the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction at first instance for related disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to users.
